    The journals are only open to members who meet the following criteria:
    • Have had membership for at least 30 days or more.
    • Have actively participated within the site (excluding photo gallery)
    • Keep and maintain entries. Any member who has been inactive for a period of 90 days without notification of leave of absence, will constitute abandonment and thus, removed.

    The journals are not be used as a means of poetic writings or short stories. If you would like to share your poetry/stories, then please do so by contributing them to the writer's guild section. The reason behind this request is to deter misuse of this extended member privilege. I do not want Darkness Embraced to become a storage center for those who have no other reason to be at Darkness Embraced other than to use it for a free online journal. Any member found incompliant with the above will have their journal removed.
