Story Description: The story begins above the Cobalt Cafe where Lieborman ( a streetwise "buisiness" man ) sells drugs and runs a kind of escort service.
His buisness is dwindling fast when he meets a young man who was turned into a Vampire by a blind date. The young man (Noble) uses drugs as a means to curb his appetite for blood. Lieborman finds him donors through his escort service and thus his new line of work is born. The neighborhood where Lieborman peddles his wares is secretly govorned by the council of the seven streets. In a city where the husle and bustle of daily life can be mind numbing the underground feeds and thrives.
