There's a fantastic chart of elemental years in the book also plus a very interesting explanation about what the colors you dislike say about you. This book brings so much insight to the reader and truly explains much about each of us individually and how color plays such an important part of our lives. There are color explanations for meditation, magick, gemstones and much more. I have to say my favorite part of the book is the section on the Power of Color, Your Personal Colors and What Your Color Reveals. This is a great book indeed. One that is full of information and it will also give you the ways to reveal even more about yourself through color. A must read and a must have addition to your library. Excellent material within.
