It was raining pretty hard a couple of nights ago, something very weird happened. I went to bed like at 12, 1am, I fall asleep. Around 3 am I woke up in a rush. I went running to my kitchen and grabbed the police number, I looked for the phone and when I picked up it was dead (no battery). I left it there in the kitchen and went to look for the other one in the living room. When I was on my way, I heard a car trying to stop, it was making a very high sound and then I just heard a VERY loud boom!
I already had the phone in my hand, so I called...5min later I hear the police and ambulance. The driver died...
I couldn't go back to bed.
I am loosing it?

Wow... Sounds like you had a precognitive moment there... It's sad that the driver died, but at least you were able to do that much. If that wasn't enough, I doubt that ANYTHING you could have done would have been. I can definately understand not being able to get back to sleep, though.

This took me a few times to read over, and every time the goosebumps tickled my body. That does sound like you awoke feeling the oncoming tragedy. I have had a few of those, however not as rushed and urgent as its usually a family member passin in their sleep. No you are not losing it.

I remember someone posting a very similar story a little while ago... it might have been you BD. I'm pretty sure you aren't losing it Jenn Razz. I can't imagine how it would be going through an experience like that.

No, your not losing it. I'm sure the driver would've appreciated all that you did...At least you were up and trying to help even if you didn't know why at the time...
