Post subject: The same Dream over and over

Still kinda new to this and just need a little help on this. Really don't know how to put this but I have the same dream over and over. What to do?
I have had a dream since I was about 9 or 10 years old. It is the same dream. It comes often but it has never went away. Now that I have my own family it comes less. Just wanting to know if anyone has any info for me on this. I have worried about this for a long time.
Any advice will be taken. Thanks to all. |

Yes I can let you know more about it so that I can maybe get some advice. It may seem weird to all but this is what it is. I really never hear anything but it seems to be so loud you can't get focused and alot of humans mostly men standing around the house I grew up in making a complete circle all the way around the house. they are armed and in some type of uniform can't really tell alot about the uniforms, but I can see them firing towards the house with what seemed to be fire. I have not had the dream as often since I no longer live there. But when I was there it was nothing to have the dream three to four times a week.
Maybe it has something to do with the land the house sits on? I really don't know.
I hope this helps you so maybe you could help me.

| People fireing at you....hmmmmm . Most likely it is related to something bad you did at that early age even something you may not remeber well , but make no mastke the subconscious mind remembers all. The uniforms represents the law so it must have been somethig realy realy bad.The fact that it apares only there can be for a lot of reasons . It may alsow be just guilt of thinking that you have done something bad even if you haven't . Eather way the only thing that can help is therapy because you must be able to determin where that guilt is comeing from even if it's just in your subconscious mind . BUT ...if you do know what you did , then you must undo that. If there is no place for undoing then faith in your actions and your belifs is the only solution (by this I meen that you must rearange your moral values in a way that evrey action that you do wil become moraly right from your point of view) |

| Thanks for the advice Eridani, I still have more research to do on this but any advice will be taken to help me on this. I only have the dream when I'm there and now that I don't live there it doesn't happen so I just can't figure it out. |

I personally don't know what to tell you.
I'm having a more or less similar experience myself and am also currently to try and find answers.
I'm sure thought that whatever it is, IS important. A lot of people here suggested to me self hipnosis and meditation. I don't know if that'll help or not, I personally haven't tried it yet.
If nothing else, maybe try keeping a journal and just start writing don't stop, just write whatever comes to mind.
( for like, a whole 60 seconds--maybe try this more than once on diffrent days--especially after having this dream) I don't know if that'll work either but maybe if you do you'll be able to find something.
